Summary: My first time to STX, my husband’s third. Brad and Dawn are excellent hosts. They have everything you need from shampoo and soap to snorkeling gear. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, and all important coffee! Even beach towels, chairs and a cooler to use. We had coffee every morning on the gallery looking out to Caribbean Sea with that Buck Island view. Can’t wait to go back! Miss it already.
