Happy Place V features 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, to provide plenty of privacy and convenience. The house has an open floor plan. The living room features power reclining leather furniture with an 85” flat screen Smart TV mounted over a beautiful entertainment center featuring an electric fireplace.
The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably but also has additional seating for 3 at a separate table and bar stools at the counter. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with gas range, convection microwave and all the gadgets you could possibly need in the huge pantry, including an air fryer, gridle, 2 coffee makers, blender….the list goes on and on.
Additionally on the main level is a convenient half bath, laundry room and one of two primary suites with a king bed, workstation and a gorgeous tiled and glass shower. The upper level has three additional ensuite bedrooms and a 2nd huge living area with plenty of things to keep the family busy when you need a break from the nearby beaches, golf, shopping and countless other activities. The upstairs living area features a 9 foot ping pong table, checkers/chess table, puzzle board, power reclining leather seating and a large flat screen TV.
The outdoor areas of Happy Place V are numerous as well. Relax on the covered front porch and admire the peaceful water pond or gaze at the Live Oaks off the ground level, covered back patio. Additionally, there is a sitting area under the house equipped with cushioned high-end Sunbrella furniture with a dart board, corn hole and other activities.
Parking is effortless in the huge driveway that can fit 6 vehicles easily.
Don’t worry about quickly getting settled upon arrival. There are multiple grocery stores less than 1 mile away along with anything else you might need. It is very convenient to rent locally a golf cart, bikes and other equipment in the area.
Pawleys Island is conveniently located close to many restaurants, local shopping and great attractions like Brook Green Gardens and Huntington State Park. Myrtle Beach airport is a quick 35 min ride from Pawleys and you can easily make a day trip into Charleston for all its charm has to offer.
