This historic, award-winning farmhouse from 1835 is beautifully situated in the former artists' colony Holzhausen a. Ammersee. There, where once the artist community "The Plaice", to whose members u. A. Eduard Thöny, Adolf Münzer and Mathias Gasteiger counted, today farms lined up with their expansive meadows and fields to each other. In the tranquil health resort Utting it is only a 10 minute walk along the lake.
The luxurious, spacious apartment "Beim Wehnerbauer Ost" has just been completed (March 2018). It is located on the second floor of the restored farmhouse in the center Holzhausen. Upon entering the apartment you will be surprised by the generosity and openness of the bright rooms.
