Large independent villa with lots of privacy, ideal for families or groups who want to disconnect a few days. It has an excellent location 15 minutes from Seville. Large lawn area with trees, creating an authentic space for rest and well-being. Private pool. In addition to the house, there are two work rooms (70 and 40m diaphanous) for workshops and personal growth therapies, with mats, stereo, projector and temazcal, ideal for retreats of up to 25 people.
The space
Villa of 200 m / 2. It has an excellent location, start Sierra Norte 15 minutes from Seville by the freeway A66. Private pool and large lawn with trees. The house is spread over two floors but it is the ground floor that has the majority of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dryer, along with everything you need to cook. Large living room with fireplace open to the kitchen by American bar. The house has another more intimate lounge, 32 "TV and direct door to the outside. It has wifi. Both rooms with a / c, the other rooms have ceiling fans. Very large private pool and hanging hammocks next to it to promote good rest. Outdoor porch with awning to enjoy a good meal in the open air or a good book overlooking the adjacent bullfighting farm. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and toilet. On this floor there is also an attic with a work room for workshops and a terrace of 30 m / 2. The other work room is in an adjoining building on the ground floor, equipped with individual work mats, stereo and projector, 70 m / 2 diaphanous. One of the curiosities that space has is with a Temazcal or steam house construction. Both work rooms together with temazcal are facilities exclusively for workshops.
