Located close to everything Laguna Beach has to offer, this restored and renovated historic home has sweeping views of the ocean and the beautiful California coast sunsets. Our family chose this location as our vacation home for others to enjoy as well. The amazing view is available from the designer living and dining room, from the second-floor bedrooms, studio and from the expansive backyard complete with deck and pergola. This prime location is within a five-minute walk to the beach, a ten-minute walk to downtown, and a quick stroll to three of Laguna’s favorite beach hangouts and divers’ delights, Diver’s Cove, Fisherman’s Cove, and Shaw’s Cove. A dive rental shop is steps away as is the trolley stop. Every imaginable type of dining is within walking distance of the house and a grocery store less then a block away. Free city trolley pickup a few steps away. A holiday bonus, the 4th of July fireworks show is amazing from the back yard!
This comfortable and well-appointed home features three bedrooms with two and a half baths, and a studio apartment with bath, and accommodates up to 9 adults guests. The new designer kitchen contains everything you want in a vacation home and features a coffee bar. The main floor bedroom sleeps two and has an en suite bathroom. The upstairs features a bathroom and two bedrooms that each sleep two, and one has a bonus room for kids, complete with a television and futon that can sleep up to two children. The ground-floor studio apartment sleeps two, has its own kitchen and bathroom, and opens to the backyard. We look forward to hosting you, your family, and friends as you explore Laguna Beach.
