This 3 bed 3 bath 2100 sqft luxury condo is centrally located close to Snow Canyon parkway and quick 10 minutes drive to downtown Saint George, Tuacahn, etc. The second floor consists of two large master bedrooms with large flat screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms. The main floor has an open floor plan spacious living room, dining with large table that seats 8 and a bedroom with twin beds and large bathroom in addition to a laundry room and an over-sized two car garage. Overall the condo has two queen beds, two twin beds, couches and easily fits two families with kids.

Community pool/hot tub - there's 20 homes in the community and we are usually the only ones at the pool whenever we go (there's a large pool at the adjacent Entrada area/community club that a lot of owners use instead).
