Jardin privé tout autour de la maison avec un cabanon, terrasse. salon de jardin transats, barbecue, parking, aire de jeux enfants commun, mise à disposition table de ping-pong, pétanque, badmington. Place de parking privative à coté du Cottage.
Vous pouvez profiter d'une piscine de 6m X 3m chauffée de mai à septembre avec son mobilier de plein air, transats, parasols….
La piscine est à partager entre les deux gites la Demeure du Cotentin et le Cottage d'Etaville.
