Charming renovated farmhouse of 130 m² located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, you will be seduced by its comfort and its country setting! This pied-à-terre will be the ideal place for your stay with family or friends! You will have a large living room and a reading room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also enjoy the 500 m² enclosed garden, ideal for sunbathing. Ground floor:
- Living room furnished with sofa, flat screen TV, library, connected speaker, functional wood stove with wood provided free of charge.

Outside:
You will enjoy the enclosed garden of 500 m², facing south, and facing the communal pond. The garden is equipped with 2 deckchairs, a wooden picnic table and a barbecue.
