Parking is sorted with a secure garage for one car. Please NOTE that there is a height limit of 2m for the garage. There is on-street parking available also should you not be able to fit into the garage.
Inside, you'll find everything you need for a delightful stay. You enter the property on the ground floor, stepping into the living area at the front of the home, furnished with a large comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The living area is separated from the rear of the home via a hallway which both the European laundry and powder room come off. The dining area, kitchen and outdoor patio complete the downstairs layout. The dining room has seating for 4 guests along with a study desk for those needing to do some work or study. The kitchen itself is fully equipped and features gas hot plates, an electric oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The coffee machine is a Expressi capsule coffee machine which is only compatible with Aldi coffee pods only. Please note: We not provide coffee pods, please bring your own.
Heading upstairs a central bathroom with a shower and bath and separate toilet service the two bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, wall-mounted TV and access to its own private balcony with views of the city skyline.
