You have full access to a traditional finnish, 2-3 seater, private sauna. Heating up to 100 degrees celcius, with 15kg sauna rocks, headrests, traditional water bucket with liner and sculpted ladle and saunaroma to add to the rocks for extra steam and heat, sand timer, thermometer.

Our spa includes the use of a blue marbled freestanding tub, filled with ice for an ice bath experience. Immersing yourself in cold water has some distinct health benefits.
