Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property is located not in the busy streets of the city so it is nice and quiet. Relatively convenient to take grab to anywhere from the location. There are a few eateries and convenient store nearby for late night runs. Also, Kath, Alex and Daniel made the stay very pleasant, ensuring you have everything you need for the stay.
Negative: A possible con is that it’s not near the city, about 7 mins grab ride costing about $5, but as mentioned, that can also be a plus as it’s nice and quiet. Also, note that the property will ask for payment via an online payment portal prior to the stay, and will require a deposit of $200 upon arrival. Fortunately, they accepted foreign currencies as it would be silly to end our trip with $200 worth of VND.
Summary: Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good value for such a luxurious property
