Waking up for a morning walk to the beach and being greeted by the locals 100% of the time is heart-warming. A local pub, Oistens Fish Market, and their famous Friday night Fish Fry, a grocery store, are all steps away. The St. Lawrence Gap is only a 15 minute walk away.

Being located directly on the ocean did not interest us very much. Do not get us wrong, the beaches and the ocean beauty are second to none in the Caribbean but to truly experience the sweetness of Barbados is to experience it directly within the Bajan Culture.
Choosing a property that allowed us to mix with the locals and live with the locals was paramount in our property purchase.
