KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (full culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 8, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point includes a large lounging/seating area with 3 additional lounge chairs and a fire pit.
PARKING: Free parking on property only, fits 3-4 cars.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, beach towels, free WiFi and Smart TVs in all rooms for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games provided upon availability.

All our housekeepers are full-time employees, not third-party contractors, allowing us to keep high standards and accountability. Each property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Guests are also provided with complimentary hand sanitation and masks, if they do not have their own.
Note: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the home.
Room Assignment: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown.
