Nestled in a little Istrian Hamlet, Villa Cypress Hill is a 500 m2 Luxury Villa with infinity pool ( 12x6 m ), Spa, Outdoor Jacuzzi, Tennis Court, covered terrace featuring an outdoor kitchen with Big Green Egg BBQ, gas BBQ and large wood burning pizza oven. The large pool terrace, sunk-in outdoor living room with gas fire pit overlook the medieval town of Motovun and surrounding vineyards.
There is a second outdoor sitting area featuring Paola Lenti furniture and views of the the rolling hills and countryside. The Interior of the house features a professional chef's kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, wine fridge and a cozy family room with TV.
There is a full size laundry room on the upper floor where three bedrooms are located. All rooms are air conditioned and have smart tv's ( with sound bar ). Wi-Fi, satelite TV all included. There is a wine cellar with owner's selection available for purchase.
Guests can request a private Chef to to prepare some of the local Istrian delicacies with optional wine paring. The Villa is situated in the heart of the wine ( Malvazija ) and truffle region.
