The table seats 8 and the sliding doors lead to the private back yard with grill and outdoor fireplace. The master bedroom has a huge, attached walk-in closet room, a baby room (or extra storage room), en suite bathroom with big soaking tub, and French doors. Another bedroom, full bath, library bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen are also on the main floor. Down the stairs is an open office or study area with 2 desks, 2 chairs and printer, 3 larger bedrooms, plus a large full bathroom with luxury steam shower and separate toilet area. The main attraction downstairs is the large game room/media room. The paved riverside walkway begins at the end of the road and continues through the park. Cherry Creek State Park is a recreation haven that borders the neighborhood on one side and DTC on the other. Enjoy the lake beach with BBQ, biking and running trails, a shooting range, improved camping sites, boat launch, model airplane field and marina with water sport rentals.
Also within a short walk is a neighborhood park with play area and recreation center with indoor pool (featuring a lazy river and waterslides).
