The design provides everything a family needs, with spacious living areas that flow seamlessly to the ultimate outdoor lifestyle zone that includes a solar-heated pool, spa, BBQ area, trampoline and heaps of room for children to run and play.
You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive, with a picket fence heralding your arrival at ‘Bellwood’. Light-filled and full of luxe comforts, this unique and beautiful property is oriented to the north under cathedral ceilings to capture the outlook over the resort-style outdoor area. Full span sliding doors open to the expansive alfresco deck. Enjoy the sun from the comfort of the outdoor dining setting and BBQ area, in full view of the kids in the pool.
Inside, you can expect to find comfortable furnishings and Hampton’s styling; a homely place full of heart. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, or come together as a group. A rumpus room in the separate children’s wing is the perfect kids retreat, with heaps of toys and games to play with! A home office also caters to those who need to work or study during their stay.
The large central kitchen features duck egg blue tiles, Shaker profile cabinetry, large Butler’s Pantry and a huge island bench with stools. All four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The presidential master suite is zoned for privacy and has a king-size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. Defining features include vaulted ceiling, panelled feature wall, romantic sheer drapes and a rainfall shower. The other 3 Double bedrooms to the east wing all have ceiling fans and wardrobes, serviced by a central family bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. Please note there is also a guest powder room near the kitchen.

Our beach house is located 5.5km from Fisherman’s Beach, Torquay, and 7.8km from Bells Beach. This beautiful property is located 15 minute’s drive from Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre.
Ample off-street parking available.
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
Other Things to Note:
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winkipop.
Family-favourites, Cosy Corner and Fisherman’s Beach are in Torquay. Some beaches offer patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 50mins drive away.
