Positive: My husband and I have traveled extensively across many countries, and we can confidently say this has been one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The location is simply unbeatable — right next to, and even part of, Dubai Mall. You can walk in and out of the mall at any time, and everything you could possibly need is just steps away. The attention from the reception and building staff was outstanding. The host, Joseph, was by far the most attentive host we’ve ever had — incredibly kind, proactive, responsive, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed well before we even arrived. The apartment itself exceeded every expectation, in every way. The kitchen is so well equipped you can play Master Chef if you want — better stocked than many home kitchens! The cooking space, storage, and supplies were just perfect. The living room couch is so comfortable you’ll find it hard to get up after a movie or a series. The balcony offers breathtaking views both day and night — simply spectacular. The bed is so comfortable you’ll want to fuse with it. The bathroom and large bathtub were pure luxury, with everything provided. The amount of closet space is fantastic, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The gym offers incredible views of Burj Khalifa, and the pool has stunning views of it as well. It is better than any 5-star hotel I’ve stayed at — incredibly spacious, elegant, and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the smell of fresh linens, towels, and blankets was just amazing. The decor was beautiful and thoughtful in every detail.
Negative: If only I had known how amazing this place was, I would have stayed longer. This was my fifth time visiting Dubai — and I deeply regret not having discovered this gem on my previous trips. It will definitely be my first choice from now on.
Summary: One of the best stays of our lives — exceeded every expectation!
