Easily accessible to Florida's best beaches/islands, including Fort Myers beach, Lovers Key, Boca Grande, Sanibel, Siesta Key, Cayo Costa and Captiva. Take the ferry over to Key West, rent a boat for a sailing/fishing trip or just relax in your own "backyard". 2-3 hours drive to Miami, Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale. Take a dip in the infinity pool overlooking the river, exercise, soak in the sun, watch a movie or find a new book with the extensive amenities at this private condo community and lots of activities.
