Composé d'une première chambres avec 2 lits superposés en 90x190, puis d'une seconde avec un lit en 140x190 ce logement à une capacité d'accueil de 8 personnes. Un canapé convertible 2 places se situe dans le salon avec TV qui est ouvert sur la cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, cafetière filtre, bouilloire, grille pain, appareil à raclette...) et espace salle à manger avec sa grande table centrale.
Entièrement refait à neuf, il fait 80m2 et est meublé avec goût totalement équipé. Il dispose d'une très large terrasse avec table et bancs pour profiter de son orientation plein sud les journées ensoleillés.
Vous aurez à votre disposition 2 salles d'eau avec douche dont une avec son wc. Un wc indépendant vient compléter les sanitaires.
Pour votre confort un lave linge et un sèche linge sont également présents dans le logement.
La location est également parfaite pour les marcheurs car elle se trouve à 200 m des sentiers de randonnées qui partent en direction des forêts et des crêtes du massif du Plomb du Cantal, 200 m de la piste du Rocher du Cerf d'où vous pourrez prendre le "Télésiège de Remberter" pour pratiquer le VTT de descente, 500 m du téléphérique du Plomb du Cantal qui vous accompagne au sommet .
Vous pourrez vous garer juste devant la location le long de la route en accès libre. Nombre de places limités au véhicule principal en périodes de vacances scolaires. Un parking public gratuit est disponible plus bas pour les autres véhicules.
