The entry floor hosts three guest bedrooms, each with plush queen-sized beds, Smart TVs, and closets. One guest room includes an en-suite bath, while the other two share a full bathroom. One floor up is the main living area, centered around an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, anchored by a stone wood-burning fireplace and bathed in natural light from oversized windows. A veranda with grill and seating, plus a convenient powder room, rounds out this level.
Travel up a spiral staircase takes you to your private primary suite sanctuary. Parking information: This townhome has two dedicated parking spaces out front. There is also additional paid Aspen street parking nearby. Getting around Aspen is easy with the free Downtowner shuttle for in-town rides and the RFTA buses connecting you to the airport, ski mountains, and neighboring towns. Most of town is walkable, and bike rentals are also widely available.
