We are located 2 miles west of the beach and the local town of Fenwick Island. Within the town, there are great coffee shops, restaurants, and shops to check out. For those looking for a little more action, Ocean City, MD is only a couple miles away as well.
During summer, in order to utilize communal pools/courts, renter agrees to pay an additional $125 (plus $25 refundable fob deposit) weekly amenity fee upon arrival to the community. If staying in the shoulder season, a prorated amount is available for a shorter stay.
