In the lower floor of the house, you already face an imposing facade, with a nice garden, as well as a covered garage for 02 vehicles, and 02 more open spaces. Upon entering the house, you will come across a very pleasant living environment, with double height, equipped with a large wood burning fireplace, with TV, internet, wifi, environment consisting of comfortable sofas and armchairs, thus allowing a very long time. pleasant with family and friends, still integrating with the living, we find a wonderful, large kitchen, fully equipped, with electric oven, microwave, wine cellar, following the kitchen, interacting with the leisure area, we find a gourmet space that I can say it is the best part of the house, the much acclaimed gourmet space, equipped with cabinets, a bench of almost 5 meters, with 8 stools, charcoal barbecue, oven and wood stove, with glass closing system, allowing, leave the fully open environment facing the pool, or if so closed, interacting with the interior of the house.
