Summary: 2nd time renting this house. Plenty of room for the two of us and for occasional guests. Lovely view of the lake. While the appliances are older, they all worked fine. Some minor mould around the tub in the bathroom off the master bedroom. Wish the TV was larger for the sake of our older eyes. Great location. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Southern Dunes
