Welcome to WILD CARD our 3 BR, 2 BA, E Mesa home with a private heated pool in an attractive and family friendly community. Home is ideally located for those who enjoy golfing, hiking and biking. The community is also close to eateries, unique shopping experiences, scenic attractions, museums, a water park, art galleries and more. Highway 202 makes it easy to visit Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert and the mountains to the north.
The private pool in the backyard has optional heat. The pool heating fee is $65.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. A covered patio with a fan features a dining table and there is a gas grill to make your outdoor chef happy. Comfy chaise lounges invite relaxation poolside. Umbrellas are provided for those who prefer reclining in the shade.
This one story home is spacious and well appointed. The open concept great room has a cozy seating area with a large TV and a well stocked kitchen with both island and table seating. Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Doors at the back of the great room open to the covered patio and pool deck. Highchairs are available to rent. ALL TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
~ SLEEP WELL ~
The bedroom floor plan is split. ALL bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and storage space for your personal items. The primary suite has a king bed, en suite bath and a walk-in closet. The beautiful en suite bath has a large tiled walk-in shower and vanity with dual sinks. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has a king bed. These bedrooms share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
There is a dedicated, well stocked laundry room and a garage with parking for 2 cars. A third vehicle can be parked on the driveway.

Mesa is a GOLFER'S PARADISE. Augusta Ranch Golf and Desert Sands Golf Courses are 2 of the many public courses a short drive from the home. Mesa is also a mecca for hikers and bikers. Close to our home is Usery Mountain Regional Park with all levels of scenic trails for hikers, bikers and horse back riders.
Sports fans will love the variety of spring training options plus the clubs and stadiums for watching baseball, football, ice hockey, soccer and more. The Salt River and Tempe Town Lake offer water recreation opportunities for the entire family. Red rocks, iconic mountains, tranquil desert landscapes, wildlife and exciting attractions for guests of all ages ... the greater Phoenix area has it all!
