The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds and a partially walled-den. New eat-in gourmet kitchen features Bertazzoni induction range, Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso, and good knives. There is a new bosch washer / dryer, customizable heat and cooling via heat pump, Gigabit Fiber WiFi, and Apple TV.
