- Renter must be over 25 years old. This home allows a maximum of 10 adults. We do not permit sleeping on sofas or furniture without prior approval. Depending on size of group we may require a refundable damage deposit.

The Property includes use of many amenities which could pose danger if not used responsibly - including our backyard which has woods, a sauna, firepits, exercise equipment, and games such as ping pong, foosball as well as access to communal amenities such as a swimming beach, two kayaks for the lake, basketball courts, tennis court, and playground.
2. You are also aware that your stay at the property involves risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include drowning, falling, sports injury, slips, trips, falls, cuts, adverse weather conditions, the acts or omissions of guests or visitors on the property during your stay, and the condition of the property. 3. In consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the property, you agree on your own behalf, your family, any and all guests, and invitees that you are fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death.
