Even being a ground floor with direct access from the street, this apartment is located in a beautiful typical Seville Palace House from which it adopts the solemnity and seriousness of its materials, dimensions and construction in general.
The renovation of this apartment has been carried out taking care of the architectural, technical and decorative details, resulting in a spacious and cozy space. From the entrance door we access a distributor with two small staircase, one up and another down. Upon climbing, we find a beautiful living room, decorated in detail and with quality furniture. Through the living room we access one of the bedrooms, with two single beds of 1.05 x 2.00, and a large bathroom en suite with a large modern shower.
Going down the stairs we find a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, and the second bedroom, also with two beds of 1.05 x 2.00 and a large bathroom en suite.
The area of the apartment is perhaps the most exclusive in the city. Federico Sanchez Bedoya street is located just a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcazar, etc but at the same time it is a quiet street, since there are not any shops or car traffic. On the other hand, near the apartment you can find the best restaurants and bars in the city, where you can enjoy the most classic tapas and traditional Andalusian cuisine. Also nearby there is also a supermarket, shops and even the most famous flamenco tablaos.
