Straight ahead the open plan living area presents itself, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area fitting six and a separate dining area fitting eight people. From the kitchen area, there is direct access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room and recreational area is one level down, with beautiful natural light coming from the full-size windows facing the garden and pool area, creating a smooth transition between indoor and out life. Outside you have a spacious garden with palm trees, a large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The barbecue area is ideal for entertaining and dining under the stars, while the partially covered terrace and lounge seating offers a cozy feel. With total privacy and views towards the mountains, it is genuinely a peaceful haven of paradise. The four bedrooms are positioned well apart for total privacy. You will find the impressive master bedroom on the second floor with its mesmerizing view overlooking the valley and the La Concha Mountain. All four bedrooms are spacious with king-size beds and great en-suite bathrooms. The house is built with quality materials and has unique features such as external and internal lighting with the latest energy saving LED technology. Elegant and unique Porcelain tiles (600x600mm) from Apavisa in the special Lappato finish. All walls with Italian stucco- Six coats of finishes applied to achieve a stunning unique finish.
