Positive: Truly enjoyed the apartment — it’s stylish, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Brickell City Centre. The pool is amazing and well maintained, perfect for sunbathing. The gym is also very clean and well equipped. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and had a nice terrace. The area felt very safe, and both the staff on-site and online were friendly and helpful. Bonus points for thoughtful touches like a fan for blow-drying your hair!
Negative: There’s construction happening on the right and in front of the building. You can’t really hear it from the apartment, but if you’re chilling by the pool, the noise is noticeable. Also, while the kitchen is functional (with a fridge, microwave, and toaster), it was missing a few things — like a proper cutting knife — and I had expected more electric appliances. That’s on me for not checking in advance, but still worth noting if you plan to cook.
Summary: Clean, spacious, and safe — a perfect Brickell stay with great amenities.
