This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit is located in the heart of South Tampa. It is located on the fourth floor of the apartment complex, and does have an elevator. It features a large open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Furthermore guests have access to all of the amenities available at the apartment complex.
BEDROOM: large king size bed with memory foam mattress, flat screen tv, spa robe, walk in closet, black out curtains, extra pillows and linens, sleeper sofa
KITCHEN: fully stocked with everything needed to cook, Keurig, toaster, stainless steel appliances, bar with seating for four, dining table with seating for four
LIVING ROOM: large comfortable couch that has a queen size sleeper sofa, 65 inch flat screen tv mounted on the wall with LED lights
BATHROOM: bathtub and shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
OTHER AMENITIES: community shared pool that is available year round (PLEASE note it is not heated), grills, and outdoor seating

Summary: I loved this condo. The photos are accurate! The unit is clean and had everything I needed. I was gone during the day, yet spent one late afternoon at the pool. The residents are friendly. Checkin was easy. The property manager was highly responsive. No complaints. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable and there were extra sheets, towels, bedding for using the rollaway if needed. My niece stayed one night with me. Overall an A+ experience.
