HOUSE:
Be prepared to be inspired! On entering the front door you will know that you have found something special to share with your friends and loved ones.
This stunning home was designed by award winning architect Phil Pratt, renowned for his pavilion designs based on the principles of 'Tatami Architecture' from Japan. It. Local blackbutt exposed trusses, soaring ceilings, timber floors, light bright interiors, luxury furnishings and original artworks adorn the walls.
This home is oriented to take advantage of the breathtaking views across the Glasshouse Mountains, which can be seen from the main living areas, decks and all three bedrooms.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with all the trimmings you would expect from a luxurious getaway, including a fully equipped entertainers kitchen and living spaces, quality mattresses and pillows, gorgeous organic bamboo and cotton bed linen, luxurious towels and bathroom products to indulge.
UPPER LEVEL:
The upper level comprises of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area that opens via bi-fold doors to the lounging and dining decks, all overlooking the spectacular vistas of the Glasshouse Mountains. The TV room and master bedroom are also located on this level. A ramp entry at this level allows access for mobility impaired guests.
KITCHEN - The fully equipped kitchen is an entertainers delight, including basic pantry items (such as olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar etc), Smeg coffee machine and kettle for your morning brew of choice, and plenty of platters and vases for wedding guests. A sonos speaker is included for your listening pleasure.
LOUNGE - Includes a 4K smart TV with Foxtel Now, a Sonos sound bar, comfortable couches, and throws for the cooler months.
DINING - Features a large 8 seat dining table crafted by local furniture maker David Linton (check out his gallery at 14 Maple St, Maleny) and a large lounge nook for reading and relaxing with a Sonos speaker.
LOUNGING AND DINING DECKS - Comfortable lounge seating is provided on the lounging deck, and a Weber BBQ, marble dining table with seating 8 for relaxed alfresco entertaining on the dining deck. A powder room services the deck and main lounge areas.
TV ROOM - This room can be closed off from the main lounge for sound insulation and privacy. It also features a 4K smart TV, sonos bar and ample seating.
BR1/MASTER SUITE - This large bedroom features a king size bed, sweeping views, a private deck, a large ensuite with double shower and vanities, and a Sonos speaker.
LOWER LEVEL:
BR2 and BR3 - Queen size beds - Located downstairs, both bedrooms have views across the Glasshouse Mountains and private decks with access to the manicured gardens. They share access to the main bathroom on this level.
MAIN BATHROOM - Includes toilet, shower, vanity and a laundry facility.
GARAGE - Internal garage parking for two vehicles, with additional space for two vehicles outside complete the lower level of this home. The garage contains a washing line with pegs.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
GARDEN - The landscape and gardens add a natural balance to the ambience of the home and have been designed to promote feelings of calm and contemplation. There are an abundance of birds, bees, flowers and fruit and nut trees. Please take care when wandering in the garden as there are areas that are quite steep. We also have a veggie patch and many fruit producing trees that you are most welcome to use at the time of your stay.
STUDIO:
The studio consists of a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, including a Smeg coffee machine and kettle for your morning brew of choice. Separate bathroom with bath tub and wheel chair access (for mobility impaired guests) Spacious bedroom with queen size bed, quality mattress and pillows, gorgeous bamboo and cotton bed linen, luxurious towels and bathroom products to indulge.
LOUNGE AND KITCHEN - Includes a Sony 4K smart TV with Foxtel now, a Sonos sound bar, air conditioning and comfortable couch. Tucked away in a cupboard is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen consists of an oven, electric stove top, microwave and fridge. All your kitchen basics are provided, such as olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar etc.
BATHROOM - includes a bath tub, toilet, separate shower and vanity.
OUTDOOR DECK - Both the bedroom and lounge area have bi-fold doors opening onto the deck. Comfortable lounge seating is provided.
PARKING - There is parking for one vehicle on the premises (please park in the designated parking area)

The Blackall Range region has so much to offer, breathtaking scenery of undulating hills and valleys, panoramic views of the coast, waterfalls, National Parks, quaint villages, art galleries, micro breweries and wineries, local markets were you will find an abundance of locally grown produce, local cheese, boutique cafes and coffee shops, award winning restaurants. The hinterland has something to suit everybody.
The famous Australia Zoo is a 20 minute drive.
Maleny Cairncross Reserve is a 5 minute drive.
Our location is literally minutes to several popular wedding destinations such as Weddings at Tiffany's 2 minute drive, Little White Wedding Chapel 3 minute drive, Maleny Manor 7 minute drive, Vue de Lumieres 10 min drive. The Old Dairy 9 min drive, Just to name a few!
Maleny is a 5 minute drive along a picturesque road, here you will find a IGA, Woolworths and specialty stores, plenty of options if you are needing to stock up on supplies for your stay!
