Enjoy a home cooked breakfast in the gourmet style kitchen, fully stocked with all your basic cooking essentials. Brew a pot of coffee and step out to the back patio to take in the incredible views of Camelback Mountain. As the sun starts to heat up, throw on your swimsuit and cool off by taking a dip in the sparking saltwater pool. Prepare some cocktails at the wet bar, and soak in the Arizona sun by lounging poolside the rest of the afternoon. As you work up an appetite, fire up the grill for a BBQ Dinner. In the evening, prepare for your night out with a quick 2 minute Uber Ride into Old Town Scottsdale to any of the trendy restaurants. After a late night of exploring, prepare to comeback home to the ultimate relaxation. Grab your favorite bottle of wine from the tall wine fridge, and fire up the Hot Tub to unwind. However you decide to spend your stay, Modern Farmhouse Mountainside is one to call home.

Pool heat is typically requested between Oct - Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. Pool heat to 82° is $100/night and is available for a minimum of two nights, and up to the full duration of your stay. We require a 1 day notice before check-in. Hot tub heat to 102° is complimentary.
