This home would be ideal for large or multiple family gatherings. (Upstairs is handicap accessible) The common areas are oversized with plenty of room to spread out. The four seasons room has comfy seating to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the lake and mountain views. Over sized kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to prepare meals. Cozy, living/ sitting area with woodburning fireplace. Game room with pool table, fooseball, air hockey and wide screen tv with gaming. Also a kids toy and play area. Fast XFinity WIFI!
The Lower patio has a hot tub and plenty of seating.
Large oversized stationary 16x28 dock and floater with V-hull boat lift (available upon request)
We’re located in a quiet cove with deep water. Perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking. 2 kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board and water carpet provided along with life jackets.
Gas grill and fire pit next to the lower patio with rack for cooking. (Wood provided)
This home has stunning lake and Mountain View’s. It’s only a 3 minute walk down a gently sloped driveway or drive your front wheel or all wheel drive vehicle to the parking area close to the dock.
