Summary: This property is halfway between Rt 95 and Collins Ave in North Miami Beach. From the home you can walk to local restaurants and shops, and useful businesses like Publix and Whole Foods. The house is a short drive north to Fort Lauderdale, South to Miami, West to Davie, and East to the beaches. The house is very well decorated and updated. Great kitchen. The house is well equipped to make your stay more comfortable. And great terrace and fenced rear yard for your children and/or pets. Very friendly and helpful owners.
