Located within the gated community of Bella Vista, this five-bedroom home is just 30 minutes from Corpus Christi but feels a world away. You’ll have 18 miles of pristine Mustang Island beaches at your doorstep, along with easy access to the town of Port Aransas, just an eight-mile drive to the north. If you want to stay close to home, visit the oasis-like community pool and hot tub to work on your tan. But first, coffee – start the day on one of two spacious decks, enjoying the sunrise and planning for the day.
Inside, you’ll find a brand-new, open-concept space with bright pops of beachy color and decor everywhere, enhancing that vacation vibe. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with a blender, toaster, crockpot, coffeemaker, and full suite of stainless steel appliances. Everyone can dine together at the large window-front table, and then head out to explore.
When you return, relax at home in the central air conditioning. The kids will love the air hockey game upstairs, and the adults will love relaxing back out on the deck with a view of the pond. More entertainment options include free high-speed WiFi and five TVs equipped with Roku and YouTube TV, so everyone can find something to suit them. The end of the night calls for snuggling up on the sofa to stream a favorite movie, and then drifting off to bed. The spacious first-level suite features a private entrance and the suites downstairs and on the main floor offer en suite bathrooms. Upstairs you’ll find three additional bedrooms, one with direct deck access and a beautiful Gulf view. All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort.
