Great place with lots of room for fun! Located 20 miles from Jackson Lake State Park. Very family friendly, with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and a tree house in the front yard. Home is located on private property next to the host's private residence. With 700 thread count sheets, 2 plush beds and 1 firm. New mattresses and Smart TV's in each room with access to Netflix and Hulu you can order for delivered and enjoy your stay.
The front porch seating with solar lights is amazing to listen to the sounds of the country.
Fort Morgan was recently picked for the TV show Hometown Takeover by HGTV. It truly is an Oasis on the Plains.

Rules are as follows
Do not exceed the number of people on the reservation.
No animals unless they are on the reservation. Clean up after your pets. Do not allow pets on furniture and beds. Do not leave pets unattended in or outside the rental property.
No smoking in the rental property.
Do not use the fireplace.
Do not make noise during sleeping hours of 10pm-6am and do not disturb the neighbors at anytime.
Leave the house at check-out time. Start the dish washer and wash any other dishes. Do not strip the beds. Take out all the trash. Tidy the kitchen. Do not leave a huge mess.
Notify the person responsible for any damage or incident to the property.
No catering to be done at the rental, no meal preparation for large gatherings or other parties.
We are here for you if you need anything! We try very hard to personally please each guest, don't hesitate to ask!
The home was built by our grandparents. It is where they raised their six children, subsequently building a newer home next door where they lived the remainder of their lives. My husband and I purchased the property and now live in the newer home with our children and pets.
Our family is well known in the county, having lived here for over 60 years.
When you come to our place, we want you to feel at home right along with us!
Private hot tub.
The windows and doors are older, as this home is 60 years old. We're waiting for windows to come in. A couple of interior doors may be hard to shut when the humidity is high. We apologize in advance. But we're actively fixing the situation.
Access to the front yard, back private entry, and parking. RV parking with 50 amp electric hook up, no water, no septic. There will be an additional charge of $25 per night for RV parking. Please notify the host during reservations if you are planning to bring an RV.
We have two dogs on our property that are kept in fences. We also have horses. If we are home during your stay, you can enjoy watching the horses being ridden in our arena from the front porch! If you ask, we can even bring the horses right over to the fence where you can pet them!
We do live next door, we are very quiet family. We have a pool and porch area right next to the home. Most every weekend, we are gone to Rodeo's. If we are home, we may drive by the front of the Airbnb. We share the same driveway. We try to be very considerate of our guests. With that being said, we do ask that you communicate with us how many guests or pets will be in the home. I'm very easygoing, but communication is key.
