Perfectly situated just 381 feet from the beach via a sandy footpath and only one block from Seaside’s vibrant town center, this retreat puts over 40 shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Guests enjoy private off-street parking in the driveway, with access to the home via a rear deck. Along the side of the cottage, bar seating for two offers a peaceful perch overlooking the lush, tree-lined paths a perfect morning coffee hang out location.
Inside, the main level features a thoughtfully designed queen bedroom suite with custom built-ins, dual closets, under-bed storage, reading lights on each side, and a large flat-screen TV. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Upstairs, the open, airy second floor is filled with natural light from surrounding windows. The living area includes a large queen sofa sleeper perfect for the kids, a bistro dining table for two, and a large mounted flat-screen TV.
