The home has easy access to K-96 and is located just minutes from some of the best shopping in the Wichita area. There are many restaurants, bars and shops located just a few minutes south on Maize Road.

The home is located very close to K-96. Located just a few blocks from Maize Road in the center of Maize, KS.
Other Things to Note:
This is a QUIET neighborhood and we do NOT allow PARTIES. If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund.
