When guests smoke inside the unit we have a smoke remediation process than can take up to two hours or longer. This process consists of the use of an ozone machine and we will be charging $250 remediation fee.
This home uses a keyless entry system. Instead of using a key, you'll use a unique code for the front door to unlock the home. Please keep an eye out for a separate message from us with that code. This message will arrive between 3 pm and 4 pm on the day of arrival.

The pet fee is $15 per pet per night and maxed at $300 per pet per month (maximum of 2 pets). Since the pet fee amount depends on the # of pets and nights, we collect this fee separately through the Resolution Center.
Kindly utilize the assigned parking spots specified in the guidebook. Parking on the grass or off the designated area (Hudgens) will result in a $200 fine.
