No smoking inside the unit or on balconies, pelican cove is a 3-level complex, accessible by stairs only. there is no elevator or elevator access, parking is in the basement (not included in the 3 levels), please note units are serviced for stays over 7 nights, please note that reception opening hours are as follows:, monday to friday: 09:00 - 16:00, saturday: weekends and public holidays by appointment or as required, if arrival time is outside office hours please contact reception, a valid photo id and credit / debit card is required upon check-in, please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only, a deposit of aud 200 two months prior to arrival date is required for bookings under $1000 aud , and $400 aud for bookings over $1000 aud. ( this will be collected by credit card and will be taken off the total of your booking.), $150 aud will be required upon checking in (will show as pending on your account), this will affect the balance available, and will be removed approx. 7 – 10 business days.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
