Stroll through the historic Santa Clara neighborhood, where Pelican’s Perch is located, and see historic 1920’s homes sit side by side with modern beauties and enjoy overlooks and parks at the end of every street with gorgeous views of the harbor and ocean.
This second floor duplex guesthouse is accessible by stairs only and was newly constructed in 2023. The unit boasts an open plan living, dining and full kitchen, private patio/balcony, 2 bedrooms and one uniquely designed bathroom with separated toilet and shower compartments to allow multiple users while maintaining privacy. The professionally designed décor sets the mood for your luxuriously casual coastal getaway. The first bedroom has a king bed, two dressers, closet and a bench. The second bedroom can be set up with two twins or a king bed to suit your needs and also has two dressers, a closet and bench.
Common areas provide a grassy lawn, fire pit and outdoor kitchen with gas barbeque grill and electric smoker. Fruit trees and fresh herbs are shared when in season.
The unit also provides a one-car garage space and one additional on-site parking space.

**Please note we have a VERY strict no smoking policy. This is a no smoking property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including vaping, candles or incense burning) in the unit, on the premises or in the neighborhood. (Dana Point has a no smoking in public spaces ordinance.) If caught smoking, you agree that you and your family, guests, etc. will immediately vacate the premises and forfeit the duration of your reservation, including rents, fees, etc. Additionally, an extra cleaning fee will be assessed.
**No pets. Please do not inquire if you can bring an animal. No exceptions will be made.**
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and reside on site for duration of the reservation.
