Beach Supplies: Use of the owner’s beach cart and 4 Beach Chairs are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost, or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner.If you want to hit the beach, just ask and we’ll toss in some beach towels too!
Community Amenities: Charcoal grill, elevator, pool, beach access, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball and shuffleboard courts, coin washer & coin dryer, outdoor dining and fire pit.
Here’s what to expect:
Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.
Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. That said, although you will have a coffee maker, filters and coffee cups, your favorite coffee blend will likely not be found in the cabinet.
All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
