This cozy 2 bedroom / 2 Bathroom home is family friendly or great for a romantic retreat. Secluded, on a mountain top property that offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain ranges, Valley Of The Sun is home to a variety of wildlife and this spectacular location affords opportunities to observe Elk, Deer and Foxes (just to name a few!) right on the property. Additionally, the wetland area located less than 3 miles down the road from the home is one of the few areas where you may be able to see Moose in their natural habitat.
This cozy home offers a high alpine experience, featuring a 2 sided fireplace and open concept living room with comfortable seating and dining space at the bar, all accented with tasteful eclectic decor. The single story house offers a spacious master bedroom with a King size bed fitted with cozy comforters, luxury linens and a private ensuite bathroom. Fairplay and Alma are the activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "Base Camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will likely find it within 10-20 minutes of the house.
