Positive: The place itself is great. Very spacious, lots of beds, awesome views of the St John's River from the dock and beautiful large oak trees with hanging moss makes for wonderful vistas and a great experience.
Negative: We arrived at about 11:30 at night due to trip from southwest Florida after getting off of work and driving through rainstorms that slowed out progress. When we arrived, we checked and double checked the email confirmation we received that had the door lock code on it, but it did not work and locks out of attempts after three tries. I called the host contact twice but was only able to leave a voicemail. I did eventually find the hide a key and we used that for the rest of the stay for three days and never received a return call from the host the entire time we were there for three days.
Summary: Excellent place to stay, but they need to change the electronic lock or tell renters about the key.
