No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. Place Saint-Marc in Rouen is a landmark in this historic city in Normandy, France. Located in the Saint-Marc - Croix de Pierre - Saint-Nicaise district, the square is known for its vitality and friendly atmosphere, marked by a number of regular events.
The Saint-Marc market: This is one of Rouen's biggest markets, held several times a week (usually Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). The market attracts locals and visitors alike. You'll find a wide variety of local produce: fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, cheese, fish, clothes, antiques and other handicrafts. It's particularly popular for the quality of its fresh produce and the lively atmosphere.
As well as the food market, Piazza San Marco is also known for its regular flea markets. These events attract lovers of curiosities and old objects, with stalls selling antiques, old books, furniture and collectables.

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 3rd floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may find access difficult.
Arrivals are made via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4pm to 8pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
