Location! This superb three bedroom Penthouse Condo is second line to the Ocean, but you feel like its frontline! Beautifully furnished and fully equipped, this condo enjoys stunning views and furnished rooftop dining and entertaining space with those wow factor selfies. The main balcony downstairs also has stunning views onto the beach and comfortable seating to enjoy the breeze. There are 3 main bedrooms on the lower level, two of which have their own ensuite bathrooms. The third guest room is equipped to sleep three for families with children, with its bathroom across the hall. Beside the kitchen you have the laundry area with extra toilet. And to finish the upstairs open loft/mezanine also has its own bathroom and twin bed with air conditioner. Plenty of room for large families or groups of friends

Summary: We had an excellent stay at this property. Overall the complex was perfect. Direct access to a private, clean beach and great beach restaurant. The property felt very safe with 24/7 security and there were a few great restaurants and small stores within walking distance. We had a pipe break in the laundry room in the middle of the night flooding the laundry room and kitchen but our wonderful host Liz was quick to respond and maintenance fixed the pipe promptly.
