The space
This high vaulted ceilings chalet home is located on a quiet tree lined road in the prestigious Arrowhead Lake Community, nestled in beautiful greenery and outdoor space to gather around with friends and family. The outdoor space captures the authentic backwoods retreat with tree lines and foliage. This beautiful decorated chalet has an open floor style with soaring vaulted ceilings and windows around the house walls allowing the sunshine to flood the space with natural light. New AC and Heat Units installed on 1st floor and all bedrooms.
Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen, cooking pots, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, etc. Complementary coffee, tea and wine will be available!
This house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It will be ready with clean hotel quality bed, bath linens, towels and toiletries for your arrival.
Get comfortable and relax next to the wood fireplace in living area and watch your favorite TV program (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Roku TVs). The game room holds fun for all ages - kid's games and TV set up with XBOX ONE.
There is a spacious deck with lights that overlook grassy yard and open space, seating area with umbrella, extra chairs, gas grill (gas will be provided), beach essentials, outdoor toys, etc. for you to enjoy morning coffee or lunch/dinner with serenity. At night, enjoy a glass of wine with propane fire pit on the deck or relax by the POND enjoying soothing sound of waterfall by the side of bonfire to make memories with friends and family.
The house driveway can easily accommodate 3-4 cars parking. You'll enter into the main level climbing 5 stairs thru front door, on this level is a living room with vault ceilings, oversized windows, new AC and heat units, wood burning fireplace, recliner chair and most comforting couch, cozy hang out place to read books or play games, one open bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen and dinning room. The kitchen features everything you'd need to cook a gourmet family meal with plenty of counter space. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One having twin-over-full bunk bed and one sofa bed for the kids or singles in your group and the other bedroom has a queen bed.
Each bedroom features thick plush memory foam mattress.
This chalet is only a short walk away from the Island pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, and Recreation Equipment Rental (“Rental Shack”).

Arrowhead Lake is a community with 24-hour security to ensure the safety and security of its residents. To maintain the beauty, safety, and security of the community, ALL renters and visitors of age 6 and up are required to be registered and pay community fees BEFORE the check-in date to have access to any ALCA facility, amenity and events. These Fees are mandatory.
We cover most of the community fees for your stay, please read below for details:
1. Registration fee is $35 which we INCLUDE if your booking is processed at least 3 days before check-in.
LATE Registration fee (per community requirement): $75 NOT INCLUDED - if your booking is processed within 3 days before check-in.
2. Vehicle gate pass: Reservation INCLUDES ONE FREE vehicle gate pass.
For 3 nights+ stay, you will get up to 2 free vehicle gate passes.
For long stay (4 nights+), you will get up to 3 free vehicle gate passes.
***Additional vehicle gate pass fee is $20 each per stay.
3. FREE 4 temporary membership passes will be INCLUDED with your booking.
***Membership passes are mandatory for anyone age 6 and up.
Additional guest passes required to be paid during the registration process:
- $6 per person/night (OFF-Season) = September 3rd - May 23th.
- $8.50 per person/night (IN-Season) = May 24th - September 2nd.
**Additional fees will be collected during registration process 5 days prior arrival. Community Fees are non-refundable.

The hours of operation are 10am-10pm daily, including holidays.
The vehicle gate pass and community guests access pass will be provided during check-in.
Please let me know in advance if you will not be able to arrive between 10 AM - 10 PM for check-in at the rental office, so I can make the necessary arrangements.

Arrowhead Lake Community amenities accessible with your temporary membership passes:
- There are 2 lakes and 4 beaches available, (swimming is at your own risk). Each beach is equipped with a playground, picnic tables, charcoal grills, boating/fishing docks, and roped-off swimming areas.
- Three outdoor heated pools (Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting).
- The Lodge is the focal point for a long list of events throughout the year including live music, cookouts, karaoke, movies, educational programs, numerous activities, fitness center, adult billiards room and library, etc.
- A "Family Game Room" is available at the Welcome Center Lower Level and features ping pong, air hockey, pool tables and kids games.
- Several playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, shuffleboard courts, and horseshoe pits available from Spring to October.
- The Rental Shack (located by the Island Pool) - Open Daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Last Rental at 3:30 p.m. CASH ONLY!
Canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and sports equipment is available to rent for a 2-hour time period. Helmets are provided for bike rentals, life jackets are provided for boat rentals. Adult and youth bicycles available. Membership pass required.
NOTE: Seasonal amenity available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.
- Fishing: All Anglers 16 years and older must have a Pennsylvania fishing license. All PA Fish & Boat Commission regulations must be followed.
