The Portugal Active concierge service is available 24/7 to cater to all your needs, such as organizing local excursions or booking private chef services. Please request any service at least 72 hours in advance.

- During the high season (May to October), the pool is maintained regularly to ensure the best experience for our guests.
- In the low season (November to April), the pool remains operational with regular maintenance, guaranteeing comfort and quality throughout the year.
