New construction home in Woodmont , our house is directly across the street from the sandy white Burwells beach. Just a few blocks walking distance are several restaurants with outdoor patios and awesome food.
As you enter into the coded lock front door you have your own private entrance and up three very short staircase to a spectacular apartment. The features of this apartment are the dark hardwood floors,high ceilings, private two rooms for guests that need separate sleeping areas, lots of light, your own terrace to sit out on while relaxing & observing the stars at night and all new modern furniture.
The living room has a Queen sofa which pulls out to a very comfortable mattress , Beautiful French glass doors, which have pull down blinds on them for privacy and separate the two rooms .
For all you readers, you’ll enjoy the over stuffed chaise lounge (pictured) in the bedroom, and next to a modern work space desk & chair.
There is also a small kitchenette set up with an electric cooking plate to make just about anything, a microwave, toaster oven, a electric BBQ on the terrace, full size refrigerator, pod coffee maker, cups, dishes, platters and everything else you’ll need should you plan on cooking at home.
During the Covid pandemic, rest assured that all blankets, towels a d sheets are sent out to be professionally cleaned after each guest. Should you decide to take you own linens please let us know in advance and I will refund you $25 laundry charge.
We have complimentary his and her bikes and a two seater kayak with life vests for two.
