Our house, located just a few meters from the Atlantic Ocean, is located in the tranquil fishing village of Orzola, in the northernmost part of the island of Lanzarote, not far from the municipality of Haria. This part of the island is also traded as an "insider tip" among locals. You can eat and drink very well and inexpensively here and immediately feel "local" and "in good hands". The large tourist flows in the south can only be guessed at and the relaxed environment is just as suitable for "fresh lovers" as for "small family businesses". If you should wish to write your memoirs undisturbed, this would also be the best choice. The relaxed charm of this traditional fishing village simply grabs everyone!

Our property is a completely renovated and comfortably furnished house with two separate apartments with two separate entrances. The sea is about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Apart from the ubiquitous sound of the sea, there is no noise whatsoever. It is an absolutely quiet residential path. There are no cars and children can safely play on the street. You will immediately feel at home. The Cejudo-Perdomo family pays attention to embarrassing cleanliness and is otherwise available in an unobtrusive manner for advice and action.
The property is a five-minute walk from the wide sandy beaches and wild rocky bays. The only "white sandy beach on the island" is also located here. It is an ideal place for any outdoor activities such as surfing, snorkeling, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, or simply enjoying the Canary sun and "doing nothing".
The port of Órzola is the starting point to get to Graciosa Island and the natural park located there in 25 minutes by ferry, every two hours. "Pure nature" is the motto here and anyone who has been there will come back. Allow the author (and son-in-law of the local owners) to comment on this description personally: I have sailed the world for many years of my life on a sailing yacht and have never seen such a beautiful and mostly empty sandy beach before or later! Category: paradise!
In the immediate vicinity of Órzola you will also find other attractions such as the Aloe Vera Museum and the Las Pardelas playground. Just a few kilometers from the village of Haria is the well-known "Museo Casa César Manrique" and on Saturday mornings a traditional market with products produced on the island is held. In addition, the most important centers for art, culture, tourism and nature on the island such as "Jameos, the Cave of the Greens" and the "Mirador del Río" can be reached quickly and easily from Orzola. So to speak "just around the corner" (9km) you come to the two breathtaking volcanic grottoes "Jameos del Agua" and "Mirador del Rio".
We also recommend the nearby "Parque Natural Malpais Crown", a spectacular volcanic crater, which can be reached after a short walk near the village of Ye.
